All return/refund requests must be reported within 20 business days from the receipt of order. Make return/refund requests via a phone conversation with customer service at 1-866-597-0240. Have the following information available for the call: complete merchandise total and detailed return/refund reasons). If the return is due to damages by the Vendor, Vendor will pay for the return shipping of damaged items and will pay for the costs of shipping replacement items to the Center. If the Center changes their mind, the center will need to pay for the return shipping. Returns must be made within 30 days to receive full credit.
At the time of delivery, Centers need to check all packages for damages or shortages. If damages or shortages are not noted, claims can be difficult to process and may be denied.
